“Hearts and Minds Matter” is an 18-hour training, containing 6 modules over three days. A follow-up will be determined by the group and will occur six to eight weeks following the training and will take place using Zoom, a video conferencing tool. The goal will be to revisit and review progress and establish next steps for each participant. It will also be a valuable way to establish an on-line community of support.
