In Hearts and Minds Matter, Creating Learning Environments Where All Students Belong we believe that every teacher can reach every child. And we know that this can only be achieved through focusing our teaching through the heart. Academic success is important, but it cannot be accomplished without attending to the social-emotional needs of each child and what they bring to the  classroom.
